Nonsuch Studios is supporting Captivate's TAKEOVER project again this year to produce this year's TAKEOVER festival in Mansfield's Town Centre!

On Saturday 29 March, groups of young people from across Mansfield will come together in Four Seasons Shopping Centre and Mansfield Central Library and TAKEOVER over these venues with their creative festival activities!

The community TAKEOVER stage will be showcasing performances from Mansfield and Nottinghamshire!

What is Takeover?

Takeover creates volunteering opportunities for young people aged 14-24 to reach their creative potential. With the ambition of providing skilled new entrants to the cultural sectors, Takeover engages young people in communities from across Ashfield & Mansfield, industry experts and creative associates from across the country.

Brought to life by the young people of Mansfield and Ashfield, get ready for a day packed with music, games, performances, art, workshops and immersive displays!

In partnership with Nonsuch and First Art, we’re showcasing the creative talents of our amazing Takeover volunteers, who’ve teamed up with artists and leading creatives to deliver exciting activities and plenty of family fun!
