Nonsuch Studios are looking for a hard-working, thorough and creative administrator who wants to get-stuck in with our small but mighty team as we begin delivery of one of our largest projects to date.

The Programme Administrator will work at the heart of Nonsuch Studios’ delivery of Ashfield Creates, working across Ashfield in Nottingham to support the growth in access to and participation with high quality arts, cultural and creative opportunities, activities and events for local residents, artists and communities.

The Programme Administrator will support the two Local Engagement Producers and Nonsuch Studios’ General Manager with the key admin functions and programme coordination to ensure the smooth running of the Ashfield Creates programme. This role is likely to involve lots of varied working patterns and will need a degree of flexibility to work with communities at times that best suit their engagement. 

As this is a new role on a new large-scale project, we’ll be adapting the delivery as we learn how best to facilitate and champion local communities.

  • Supporting and enabling the day-to-day successful delivery of Ashfield Creates.  
  • Supporting the Nonsuch Studios team with administrative processes, project support & production management.

  • Job Title: Programme Administrator
  • Responsible to: Local Engagement Producers & General Manager
  • Working Hours: 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE)
  • Salary: £24,570 (£19,656 pro rata)
  • Contract: This is an employed role on a fixed term contract until the 31st March 2027, with the potential to extend or become permanent subject to funding.
