Nonsuch Studios Launch GET SET

Nonsuch Studios is thrilled to announce that it is bringing back its amazing GET SET programme across Nottinghamshire this Spring in partnership with Inspire Learning and Multiply.

GET SET is a 20 hour creative empowerment programme for adults and communities to develop skills whilst creating and producing a community event or creative project with the full support of Nonsuch Studios' amazing team of award-winning practitioners.

With this particular iteration of the programme Nonsuch Studios will be working with Inspire Learning across Nottinghamshire to deliver GET SET programmes supported by the Government's Multiply funding programme.

Over the course of 8-12 weeks, groups will work with together to produce a community event or creative project - what the event or project is, is completely up to the group itself and they'll be supported by the Nonsuch Studios' team to deliver it successfully; learning skills around event-planning, budgeting, marketing and more! In the past GET SET groups have run community art days, cabaret events, fundraisers and festivals.

Projects are free for anyone aged 19+ and without a formal qualification in Maths (GCSE or below) and Nonsuch Studios is able to work with existing groups or with new groups in local areas in Nottinghamshire (not Nottingham City).
